Ingrid and the case of the missing rasher!?!
Today's breakfast was a success on so many levels. There was the usual palaver over the trays and who would go first in the Q. Next the total failure of the staff to supply individual items fast enough - even though the ultra-efficient Ingrid was on duty. Milk scoffing his breakfast with delight as Tomato and I waited for ours to arrive and fretting over the state it would be in. I was convinced it would be cold. Then the wonderful unsmiling Ingrid arrived with two piping hot plates and life was swell once again. Even the toast and fried bread were of a high standard, the sausage was not as good as two weeks ago but better than last weeks. But wait - I took a photo of tomatoes plate and I can't see bacon on it and only one sausage, did he think that black pudding was considered a meat product? Milk had two meat products plus a black pudding! Perhaps his bacon was hidden beneath the toast? I would like clarification on this point.

There may be bacon but I can't be 100% sure. Look at the triangular gap between the beans, sausage and black pudding. There may be bacon thar! Hopefully tomato will be able to remember if he ate bacon or not. Or possibly Ingrid, being as I suspect Danish and a conissuer of bacon, snaffled it!
Ahh yes, I can really see the bacon now, the beans are on top of it. It's next to the sausage. It's like one of those magic eye pictures. Look at the beans, but don't focus on them and you will see the bacon.
Yes. I believe you are correct, I should have known Plum Tomato would not be cheated out of his quota of meat based items. I feel however that I should be entitled to two fried eggs or an extra sausage as I do not like black pudding - even though I have never tasted it.
I can confirm that the bacon was present, and milk is correct, it was burried beneath the aforesaid items,I doth my cap to his keen powers of observation.
